As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we would like to take a moment to update you on the steps Tribe Tropical is taking to navigate this challenging time.
Firstly, thank you for your support during this period, Australian retailers and small businesses need you now more than ever.
Our greatest priority is the health and safety of our valued customers, our wider community and of course our family. We uphold the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness including frequent hand washing, hand sanitiser use and adherence to social distancing guidelines.
Delivery times: We are continuing to operate as normal; all orders placed online will continue to be packed and shipped in a timely manner. Due to circumstances outside our control however, you may experience a slight delay in receiving your items as the Australian Postal Service is experiencing higher than normal volumes of packages being sent and received during this time. Reductions in operating flights further contribute to these delays.
Contactless deliveries: We are working with Australia Post to limit contact and reduce distancing as much as possible. Signatures will not be required on all deliveries and will be signed for on the customers behalf if available to receive the parcel. If you’re not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office where additional precautions are being taken to ensure a contact free experience.
Exchanges: We are still processing exchanges as normal during this period, and in accordance with our exchanges/refunds policies. We continue to uphold the strict guidelines provided to us from the Australian Government regarding sanitation and hygiene practices.
